Cancellation Policies
Basic Cakes:

There is a 5 day cancellation notice required for full refund on any complimentary design, with anything less than 5 business days notice you will receive 50% back.
Custom Flavor + Artwork Cakes:
There is a 7 day cancellation notice required for full refund on cakes with addition art work or custom flavors, with anything less than 7 business days notice you will receive
50% back.
Wedding + Tiered Cakes

Fee for cancellation will be $25 with more than 14 day notice. Cancellation fee with at least 14 day notice is 50% of total price. Cancellation fee with at least 7 days notice is 75% of total price.

Changes or postponement of date can be made
up to 1 week before your date.

Our mission here at Flour Power is to always meet
or exceed your expectations.
Each cake is handcrafted by one of our decorators, so every cake will be unique! Whether you provided inspirational photos or discussed a design with a team member, no two
cakes will look exactly alike.
It is with this understanding that we are not able to offer refunds or compensation for additional custom artwork charges when you are placing this custom artwork order.
